Senior Paid Media Manager
Somebody Digital is a fast-growing, award-winning digital marketing agency based in London, managing campaigns for global clients across B2B and B2C industries. We’re seeking an experienced Senior Paid Media Manager to lead our paid media efforts and deliver exceptional results.
This is a full-time, fully remote role, and we’re looking for someone ideally located within the European timezone to facilitate collaboration with our team. What You’ll Do
- Lead the development and execution of paid media strategies across platforms, including Google Ads, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, and others, for a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Own campaigns end-to-end, from strategy creation through execution, optimising for ROI, conversions, and other key metrics.
- Create decks and reports to communicate campaign performance, insights, and strategic recommendations.
- Present campaign performance to clients on regular calls, providing clear insights and strategies for growth.
- Conduct audience research and competitive analysis to refine targeting and improve campaign results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure paid media aligns with the overall marketing strategy.
- Stay current with industry trends and identify opportunities for innovation in paid media strategies.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 8 years of continuous, hands-on experience dedicated to paid media, with at least 3 years in a senior agency role. Agency experience is a must.
- Native-level proficiency in English; additional languages, such as French, Spanish or German, are a strong plus.
- Proven track record of managing paid media campaigns for search (Google Ads, Bing) and paid social (Meta, LinkedIn).
- Demonstrated experience in creating and executing paid media strategies for B2B and B2C clients.
- Strong client management skills, with experience building relationships, presenting campaign performance, and offering strategic insights.
- Expertise in building decks and reports to present to clients.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to optimisation and reporting.
- Experience with A/B testing and bid management tools.
- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment, managing multiple projects and priorities.
