We started by optimising their main menu making it easier for users to find specific types of products, new product additions and product categories. This included some design tweaks, including font- and image-size adjustments, which
led to a 17% increase in ecommerce conversion rates.
Our adjustment to the search bar
led to a 10% increase in overall searches
on the website, and design updates to the Home page allowed for an annual incremental revenue forecast of $47,290 for the winning variation.
Adjustment to the product description pages led to a
forecasted annual incremental revenue lift of $127,634
and making the brand logo on these description pages clickable led to an annual incremental revenue forecast of $75,748.
